Currently, I manage 9 researchers ranging from Associate UX to Senior UX researcher. Having lead an Enterprise UX research team for over a year now, I can say I've gained experience in and have contributed in a number of realms:

Prior to management, I was a UX researcher where I designed 80+ user research studies that addressed research objectives and business goals for Small Businesses to Fortune 500 companies. As a researcher, I was responsible for all aspects of the research process including: research design, collecting qualitative/quantitative data, generating reports, providing data driven recommendations and communicating them to a variety of stakeholders. During my time as a researcher I had the opportunity master a number of research methodologies that include: usability testing, moderated, diary, card sorting, longitudinal, and competitive analysis. These methods were executed across a number of industries that include: software, e-commence, social media, travel, education, automotive and more.
In addition to my research contributions at UserTesting, I helped grow the company culture by forming UT's Health and Wellness Team. The Health and Wellness Team strides to find and offer more opportunities for those who want to achieve or maintain a healthy lifestyle. Whether employees want to change their habits, find balance or become more mindful, our mission is improve ones' daily life including physical health, mental heath, nutrition, prevention and more. In the past year, we have implemented a series of boot-camp classes, weekly yoga sessions, established a dedicated meditation space and a Fitbit reimbursement program with monthly step challenge.
I also contribute articles that explored topics and developments in user research for the UserTesting blog. See below for examples.
